Textured papers, foil and embossing for premium bottle presentation

Custom Wine Label Printing Manufacturer

A wine label carries the character of the bottle long before the cork is pulled. For wineries, négociants and packaging distributors, the label is where brand story, shelf presence and compliance information meet.

LabelVanta manufactures pressure-sensitive wine labels in flexible quantities, with textured papers, film materials and premium finishing options such as hot foil stamping, embossing and soft-touch lamination. We produce front, back, neck and capsule labels for small and mid-sized runs, and support multiple designs per order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which material is best for wine bottles that go through cold storage?

Film materials such as BOPP or clear film are commonly chosen for cold-chain and ice-bucket conditions because they hold their shape better than paper when wet. We recommend testing a pre-production sample with your actual bottles and storage conditions before committing to a material.

Can you combine hot foil stamping and embossing on one label?

Yes. Foil stamping and embossing are often combined on premium wine labels, for example embossed text with a metallic foil top. Tell us your design and our production team will confirm the most reliable layering order for your artwork.

What quantity range works best for wine label orders?

Our typical order size is roughly 10,000–50,000 labels per design, and we are happy to combine several designs in a single order. Contact us with your quantity and artwork details for a quotation.

What artwork format should I send?

Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) are preferred; high-resolution PNG or TIFF at 300 DPI also work. If your artwork is not print-ready, our team can review it during the artwork check stage.
